NadeshGanabaskaran is a Partner at Malek, Paulian&Gan (MPG). Prior to joining MPG, Nadesh was in the Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Practice Group of MessrsZulRafique& Partners. He has a Master’s of Science (MSc) in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King’s College, London and is a Barrister-at-Law, having qualified from The Honourable Society of Middle Temple, UK. Nadesh was called to the Malaysian Bar in October 2010.

Nadesh’s practice is focused on dispute resolution in the areas of oil & gas, engineering & infrastructure and building-construction matters. Nadesh’s portfolio also consist of advisory work, representing employers, contractors and consultants during and after the concurrency of the project.

Nadesh has appeared as counsel for numerous public related entities at the High Court of Malaya and co-counsel at the appellate courts in Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur. Nadesh has also appeared as co-counsel in domestic and international arbitration seated in India (Mumbai), Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, administered under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (as adopted by Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration Rules, as well as ad hoc arbitration conducted under the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration.
