Students will learn about the Malaysian criminal process and how a person accused of a crime is investigated, tried in court, convicted and sentenced within our criminal justice system.

- Identify laws and Acts which govern Criminal Law practice in Malaysia
- Understand the purpose and scope of Malaysian criminal process
- Recognise and reflect on the professional responsibilities of lawyers to justice and to the community
