Students in this course will explore the relationship between the citizen and the State as well as with public bodies within the context of Malaysian law.

- Acquire an understanding of Malaysian Public Law
- Acquired an appreciation of contemporary issues relating to the constitutional and political systems of Malaysia
- Understand the dynamics of constitutional change in the context of a developing society, with a diversity of races, religions and cultures
